Out now on the ever-wonderful vhf records is a reissue of the 2004 eponymous double-LP by my old crew Vibracathedral Orchestra. We put this out ourselves in an edition of, I think, 200 (or 250 – who knows?) and it sold out pretty much immediately, so it’s very fine to have it available again. I think it’s the last release with the “classic” quintet line-up (you know – Bradley, Campbell, Davenport, Flower, Hayden) and aside from having a hot remastering job and individual hand-screened sleeves by Alan Sherry at SIWA, there’s also a live DVD in there, featuring selections from three gigs (only one of which I’m on, but that one does have a “hidden” audio commentary of sorts by Mick Flower and I).
No copies for sale here, but it seems to be available from the likes of Boomkat and Rough Trade, and direct from vhf too. More details/sound samples here.
